Firstly, you can check on the tracking number we gave you while we were fulfilling your order. If there is not enough information on the tracking page, we will start an investigation to find the package. If the package is still missing, we will reproduce your order and send you again after short amount of time. 😊
Are the products on online store different in real life?
No. Even though we are putting the digital images of our products on the store, you can find lots of real-life photos of our products to ensure the quality before buying. If there are not any photos on a product page, it is because of the low quality of photos. We will put the quality ones, soon. 😊

How many days does it take to receive our order from Utility Apparel Online Store?
Even though production of a jersey takes maximum of 14 days most of the time, it may be a little bit longer in the tournament seasons as we have high volume mass orders during those days. As for the shipping, it depends on your shipping choice, fast or normal. If you choose fast shipping option, you will have your jersey in maximum of 7 days after the production.
